Customer Service Officer

1159 Realty Nigeria Limited is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Success Team in Ilorin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, documentation, payment follow-ups, customer enquiries and post-sales support. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and able to build strong relationships with clients while working effectively with internal teams. This role requires someone who takes ownership of client issues and follows through until they are properly resolved.
