About the role

Elevouth is hiring a remote Programme Officer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of talent development programmes.

This person will help run cohorts, training sessions, workshops and learner or participant experiences from start to finish. They will coordinate calendars, communicate with participants and facilitators, track attendance and deliverables, maintain programme records, and help make sure every programme runs smoothly.

The role needs someone organised, responsive and comfortable working remotely without constant supervision. They should enjoy working with people, keeping details tidy, and solving small operational issues before they become big ones.

What you will bring

Around 2 years’ experience in programme coordination, programme support, training coordination, operations, or a closely related role
Direct experience supporting programmes, cohorts, events, workshops, or training initiatives
Evidence of strong remote work habits: self-management, proactive communication, and follow-through
Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace or similar tools to track programme activity

Helpful, not essential

Experience in talent development, education, employability, workforce development, or learning programmes
Experience working with facilitators, trainers, mentors, or external partners
Basic reporting experience: attendance, feedback, outcomes, completion tracking
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Trello, Asana, Zoom or Google Meet
