The role is for someone who understands how fashion and lifestyle brands build attention, trust and sales interest through consistent, polished content. You will plan the content calendar, create or coordinate reels and short-form videos, write captions, publish posts, manage comments and DMs, support influencer collaborations, and report on what is working.
You should be comfortable turning product drops, campaigns, trends and customer questions into engaging social content. You should also be able to use performance insights to improve content direction, posting cadence and creative choices over time.
What you will bring
- Experience managing social media for a brand, with evidence of content planning and day-to-day posting ownership.
- Experience with short-form video content such as Instagram Reels or TikTok.
- Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut or similar content creation/editing tools.
- Fashion, beauty, retail or lifestyle brand experience.
- Evidence of reporting on social media performance, not just posting content.
Helpful, not essential
- Influencer or creator collaboration experience.
- Basic paid social support, such as boosting posts or selecting content for ads.
- Photography or video direction experience.
- Experience replying to customer enquiries through DMs and comments.
