About the role

GRAY COLLECTION is hiring a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s day-to-day social presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels. This person will plan content, shoot and edit short-form videos, design simple assets, post consistently, manage comments and DMs, support influencer activity, run or boost Meta Ads, and report what is working.

The role is best for someone who has already managed social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand and can show a strong Reels/TikTok portfolio, not just talk about strategy. You should be comfortable creating content from idea to publishing, using Canva and CapCut confidently, and keeping the brand voice consistent while growing engagement and visibility.

What you will bring

At least 2 years’ social media management experience
Experience managing social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand
Strong Reels/TikTok portfolio showing short-form video work
Hands-on Canva and CapCut skills
Experience with Meta Ads or boosted posts

Helpful, not essential

Experience with influencer outreach or coordination
Basic photography or phone videography skills
Experience reporting social media performance to management
Understanding of Nigerian fashion/lifestyle audiences
