About the role

GRAY COLLECTION is hiring a Sales Executive / Thrift Sales Representative to market and sell thrift clothing within an assigned location.

This person will be responsible for attracting new customers, especially students and young adults, building strong customer relationships, promoting available clothes online, and helping the business meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

The role involves both physical selling and online promotion. The person should be comfortable using WhatsApp Status, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, TikTok and other suitable channels to showcase available items, respond to enquiries, and encourage purchases.

Key responsibilities include: - Actively market and sell Gray Collection thrift clothing within the assigned location - Identify and attract new customers, especially students and young adults - Build good customer relationships and encourage referrals - Promote available clothes through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and similar channels - Take clear and attractive pictures or videos of available items - Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries - Meet agreed weekly and monthly sales targets - Use approved prices and offers, and get approval before giving any unapproved discount

What you will bring

Willing to work onsite at the assigned location
Able to use WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or similar channels for product promotion
Comfortable selling directly to customers and responding to enquiries
Able to work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
Willing to follow approved prices and seek approval before offering extra discounts

Helpful, not essential

Previous experience selling fashion, thrift clothing, retail items or beauty/lifestyle products
Confidence creating short product videos or social media posts
Good network among students or young adults
Basic customer service or retail experience
