About the role
Test Unovia’s AI products, turn user friction into clear evidence, and help the founder keep product work organised and accountable.
Unovia is looking for a Product Operations Intern to support product testing, documentation, user feedback, and delivery coordination across Iris, Vera, Amber, Lana, and custom AI systems. This 8–12 week founding internship is suited to a structured problem-solver who notices details, communicates clearly, and can turn a confusing product experience into an actionable report. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable learning digital products and investigating how things work.
Key responsibilities: - Test defined user journeys across web and AI products on desktop and mobile. - Reproduce bugs and document the environment, steps, expected result, actual result, evidence, and severity. - Maintain issue trackers, release checklists, product notes, and operating documentation. - Conduct structured competitor and user research without copying confidential or proprietary material. - Organise feedback into themes and distinguish bugs, usability problems, requests, and misunderstandings. - Verify fixes against acceptance criteria and record what was tested. - Support weekly product planning by clarifying owners, priorities, blockers, and next actions. - Help maintain internal knowledge so decisions and recurring procedures are easy to find.
What we are looking for: - Strong attention to detail, written communication, curiosity, and logical problem-solving. - Ability to reproduce a problem, gather evidence, and explain it without vague language. - Comfort with spreadsheets, documents, task trackers, web applications, or the ability to learn quickly. - Availability for an agreed part-time schedule during the 8–12 week programme. Technical coursework is helpful but not required; strong project, volunteer, or self-directed evidence is welcome.
